Damilare Gbodimowo, a UK certified counsellor is a seasoned international education professional with  14 years of experience in student recruitment, counselling, and institutional representation across West Africa.

He is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Fadd Global Consulting Services, a boutique education consultancy dedicated to connecting students from West Africa with reputable universities across the UK, Ireland, and Canada through ethical, insight-driven advisory and recruitment practices.

Damilare began his career as a student counsellor, where he spent approximately 10 years supporting prospective international students through their study abroad journey. During this time, he successfully guided and placed over 300 students into universities across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada, developing a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and student-focused guidance.

He later served as the Senior In-Country Officer for the University of Kent, where he led the institution’s in-country recruitment activities in Nigeria for four years. In this role, he was responsible for driving student recruitment, strengthening relationships with schools and counsellors, and supporting strategic market engagement across the region. He worked closely with internal university stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with institutional priorities, while also supporting prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment.

Damilare has also successfully completed the British Council Agent Training Programme and holds certification aligned with the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF), demonstrating his commitment to global best practices, ethical recruitment standards, and continuous professional development.
